Hi ALL,
  I am a C programmer, and I found a bit of Power Basic code
that I found interesting.  I started translating it to C, but
I ran accross #.  I couldn't find a reference to this in
GW-BASIC, or TRS-BASIC, which  are the versions of the language
that I have used in the past.
Would anybody be willing to tell me what this operator does?
