Some books recomend saying NO! with a firm voice, and just droping her. 
"Making sure she wo'nt hurt herself though. Also you can give her some time 
out. For example 3 to 5 minutes in an empty bathtub (If she ca'nt fly). I 
have a scarlet macaw that is in the process of being weaned. He/she tries to
get away with biting every once in a while. After doing eighther of these, 
he/she has allways calmed down. Usually I can tell that he/she is sorry by
the look in his/her face. We go about like if nothing happened afterwards.
