You've to remember that nothing has been done with Opus for years, 1.79 
included.  If I remember right, the 1.79 version is a 94 model which someone 
wanted to be released.  This is now done, and I think the real work with Opus 
will start now, and that's why Trev asked for a wishlist keeper etc..
I'm not quoting the rest of your message, but the most of it should be put 
into the wishlist..
