OK, let's say that this nation agrees to go along with your plan.  If
you turn *all* rights over to the state, you will have effectively
eliminated the USA, and will have created 50+ independent countries,
since a government with *no* power is not really a government.  Is this
what you want?  If not, how, exactly, would you prevent this from
happening?  And exactly what would the federal government do in this
new order of things?
