What happened to everyone who lived B.C.?  Does the luck of the temporal
draw doom them all to hell for being born in the wrong millenium?

What of the blind deaf mutes with that strange disorder that inhibits touch
sense from working?  It's pretty hard to get I/O through one of those
units. Is an extra special concerted effort being made to reach these type
people or are they just consigned to hell because the message is just too
hard to deliver?
