In Windows, double click on the .QWK file. 
It should ask you to associate a program with that file, if it 
doesn't automatically open up a list of what files are in it. 

Go down the list of programs till you find the ZIP for Windows 
(or similar name, mine is PKZIP 2.50 for Windows), and associate 
it, then double click on the file again. 
You'll get a list of the files in the .QWK or .### file.
