The one you already entered. Most BBS packages and editors do not have a
means to prevent the tosser from running while a message is being edited.
Such an occurance can be avoided with batch file (or script for *nix)
manipulation, by creating a flag file at the start of the file that calls
the local node, then tossing or not tossing mail based on the existance of
that file, and then deleting the file upon exiting the local node.
For example, if I run Golded locally, the batch file that starts it creates
GOLDED.0. If someone logs onto Mystic BBS, then exits while I'm reading
with Golded, the batch file that calls the telnet node, after exiting
Mystic BBS will first look for GOLDED.0 with an "if exist" line.
If the Golded flag exists, it will just skip the mail toss with a goto
command and will re-call the telnet WFC screen. If the file doesn't exist,
it will toss out the mail the user entered before calling the telnet node
again.
