Ok, let's say we do exactly what you say.  We turn all rights over to
the states, and do away with the IRS and the Federal Reserve.  This
would, of course, eliminate many federal taxes.  Now, with *no* rights
belonging to the federal government any more, how will we support our
military?  Is it even desirable to have a military at all?
