I have seen every president from FDR to Obama, whom I consider a charlatan,

I don't know how all of those people turned a blind eye to Clinton's
transgressions in the White House.  He lied to the public.

I don't give those polls any credence.  I'm not part of them and have my
own ranking system in which George Washington MUST be first.
