From memory I think its something like "Conversation Based
Communication System", or "Communications Based Conversation
System". If you can find some of the old Maximus v1 or v1.02 stuff
still around I think it was defined in there, but Scott pulled the
definition out for V2 even though the acronym is still in the code.
