I would have no great complaint with Bush 43 getting made second-to-last,
as long as Carter gets last place.  Both of the Bushes were pretty poor
overall, but both were far better than Carter.

And putting Clinton somewhere in the middle makes sense too.  Although
comparing the first two years of Clinton to the other six really shows how
much of Clinton's ranking is owed to the Congressional elections of 1994
rather than Clinton himself.

It was kind of funny to see long-dead Presidents moving up or down several
spots from the last poll.  Maybe college basketball or football polls will
pick up this idea, and continue to have weekly polls AFTER the season is over.
