READ the Fine Print in the Stymulus Bill FOOL. THERE are special
provisions for some projects to be UNION ONLY.
And Incidnetly that is nothing NEW. I( worked in my Local VA Medical
Center Engineering department for 20 Years and we also had some UNION
only Provisions. Those jobs by the way were the CRAPPIEST and most
screwed up we had to accecpt. Almost any NON Union contractor we
could deal with did better work.
