Whatever unsent message(s) currently stored in the message base at that
particular time will be exported. If the user resaves the message then it
should have a new Squish UMSGID (not to be confused with an FTS-9 MSGID),
so Squish should export it once again, however the newer message may have
the same FTS-9 MSGID as the original. I suppose a quick test is in order.
