just updated the elist and have been working on the echo rules for all of
my echoes. I apologize for this!

But, here's the new rules:

MUSIC (Music Unlimited) is for the friendly discussion of music
of all types and varieties.  There's no right or wrong in here,
just everyone's opinion of what they like.  All are welcome here.


Rules of this echo:

* No ads or flaming.

* No profanity.

* Stay on-topic as much as possible.

* English is the official language allowed in this echo, however, a
  message in your native tongue is allowed as long as there is an
  English translation in the same message.

* Russian speakers: Please DO NOT use Cyrillic characters in this
  echo, only transliteral Russian, PLEASE.  Cyrillic causes some
  programs to crash or output garbage.

* Be kind to others - they'll be kind to you.

* If you feel you must argue your point with someone, please do
  so in netmail, not in the echo.

* Please let the moderators do their job.

* Zone 2's Echopol 1 (EP1) is not recognized in this echo nor are
  any policies except those outlined in Fidonet's Policy 4.
