To cover all bases, I sent out an echo creation request (ie. PLEASE ADD) to
the echolist.  Hopefully that will trigger the relisting and start the flow
at the systems where it has been dropped off.

I tried to find the original FUTURE4FIDO tag description, but I was unsuccessful.
