I don't do online shopping, other than to check specs, prices, etc., so I'll
have to check with the usual suspects to see what they might have or can get.

Without looking too hard I see a 5" without touch for $80 Canadian.  Check this

There are some nice pics there but I find the specs more interesting.  No
factory defect types that I can find but that is definetly of interest to me. 
Also being a local supplier doesn't hurt any.  :-)
