Yes, a central person/point would be great...as long as there is a person with
the space, time and funds to operate the graveyard....given that person isn't
found quickly, the database concept may be what's required to get the ball
rolling.
All I can do is offer the facilities on the web page....and, if previous
attempts to make something happen are any indication....there will be minimal
participation.
