This is a very good point,  and one that I've yet to see addressed by anyone 
who's looking for my vote or my support.  Except maybe in the most broad and 
general way...

Yep.  It's like a quote I saw somewhere that said that if we could somehow 
wave a magic wand (a 30-06,  maybe?  :-) and make all taxes disappear all at 
once overnight,  that we'd all become instantly *EIGHT TIMES RICHER*.

The only clue they have is what they can get away with.  And,  since they're 
real gradual about adding to it,  they've been getting away with more and 
more and more over the years.
