Weird. He's speaking of menthol, right? Well, I'll assume so.
Sterility? Maybe low sperm count. I haven't heard of either effect from 
menthol cigarettes, but I could see that it might be possible. Menthol 
being a derivative of oil of peppermint, and oils when burnt generally 
emit noxious fumes. But, it certainly seems that if actual sterility 
were an side effect the news of this would be published....for it's a 
great story.
