The adaptive answer command string (USR Courier) you mailed me (which was
very similar to the one I extracted from BGFax's documentation) seems to
work quite well here. I've had a few of my BBS users send faxes to me
rcently in order to test the modem's adaptive answering. Both faxes I've so
far received have come from other fax modems; none yet from fax machines.
