Apparently it helps only tinitus patients whose condition is
related to blood circulation.  I know of a fellow who has tinitus
and has used ginkgo without any effect on his problem, and if the
claim regarding ginkgo is true he either hasn't used an effective
dosage or his tinitus isn't the kind ginkgo affects or ginkgo
doesn't affect tinitus.
