you cannot unless your 32bit OS is hosting a VM with a 64bit OS installed
on it... 32bit systems just cannot run the 64bit code... 64bit systems can
run 32bit code if the 32bit libraries are installed to allow such... if
those libraries are not installed, then 32bit can't run... the firewall
project i work with has this separation because we do not provide the 32bit
libraries in the 64bit install to try to keep drive consumption in the
dedicated device...

anyway, i'm guessing that a VM with a 64bit install can operate on a 32bit
host but that will also depend on the CPU (emulation) that's available...
i've not heard of anyone doing this but the theory (with no research) is
that it may be possible...
