I think I'll have the 32-bit system convert back and forth between formats
and leave the 64-bit system as pure 64-bit rather then use it to
compensate.  I don't need an emulator.

That's better.  That one shouldn't be a problem but have never used that
version on 64-bit.

I think I did it in the make commandline but will check later to be sure.

I'll look later.  However I am thinking of ditching all this type of stuff
on the 64-bit system since it is seriously flawed.  Someone has to take the
initiative if there is to be a future for this network.
