Here's an idea(although I myself have never tried it!).... 
 
How about a car battery or a deep-cycle marine battery of some sort? 
I don't know what kind of portability you are looking for, but a battery 
of this type would be easily recharged.  It wouldn't be hard to design a 
quick-connect power bus of some sort that you could easily connect and  
power all five accessories you listed above plus a 12-volt light of some 
sort, perhaps with cigarette lighter plugs.   
 
You could easily spend less than the $100-$125 you are looking at, even with 
a big battery(500 - 600 - 700 amps or so).   
 
Homebrew is fun, isn't it??  
 
Just a thought....
