Hi

Hope someone can help.

We have a small network at work with a novel 4.10 server and three
workstations attatched to it which were running windows 95. Due to a
requirement of the dos program we use, when these stations log in &
run the login script. LPT1,2,3 are captured. The Novell server also
acts as a Print server. LPT1 relates to a printer physically connected
to the server. lpt2 to a printer connected to a workstation running
win95 & lpt3 to a printer on a machine that has just had NT4 installed
on it. When this machine had win95 installed I ran "Nprinter" which
worked just fine & dandy, but I seem to be struggling to find a way to
do this in NT. If I install my printer & point the port towards
\\tas\sylus.clour.tas (which is what the printer used in 95, with no
problems) nothing happens. As I'm a bit new to NT's printing
capabilities I assume I'm missing something blindingly simple, so
could someone tell me what it is ?

Yours Hopefully

Mick George
