If your presently running 3.12 you will have to upgrade anyway because 3.12 is
not Y2K compliant.  I agree that you should upgrade to either 4.11 or 5.0 and
take advantage of NDS.  If you are using 250 licenses, NDS would be a GREAT
thing to have for not only management but also to get you to the Y2K
Compliance.
