 There a loads of messages that have no charset kludge, many from Z1 are
 encoded in CP437, while unmarked messages from Z2 use CP850.

 Robot messages are famous for not providing charset kludges.

 I have also see, message that claim to have one encoding, while the actual
 message has a different encoding.

 So, often the charset kludge is quite useless.

 How do windows and android handle those messages?
