Wouldn't it be better to have a tool that directly accesses the libs?  The
problem with DOS is that every tool is redundant as they all have the same
basic functionality built in except with a different twist on the identical
theme.  Given that the raw pkt format is part of the libs, then directly
accessing the libs to generate different output/reports seems a far more
unixie method then any DOS app could ever dream of doing as well as reduce
the need for all inclusive applications that always seem to be lacking some
desirable functionality.

While I have your attention, why are OS/2 people so attracted to running
DOS apps on OS/2?  What is the deal there?
