Isn't this the scanned (processed) flag for the mail masher to use?

As a mail hub, I think HPT is probably wrong for not setting it on all
processed messages....  But that's just my personal opinion.....  At least
if the process of exporting mail crashes, squish could tell what still
needs to be processed when re-run.  How does HPT handle that?
