I added a bit more checking of the handshaking; looking for the incoming ENQ
and YooHoo, and changed the delays, and now it seems to work just fine. Got
to do one more test a bit later, and make sure the QWK conversion is
working okay - a really weird CONTROL.DAT got produced last time.
