Yep, anybody with DOS less than 5. Could be quite a few XT users with just
DOS 3.3, which is likely to be a noticable percentage of the people going
for these simple, minimal point packages ...

QBasic isn't compiled anyway - how awful. QuickBASIC, yes, but QBasic ugh.
