It depends on the station and your time zone.  They tape delay the later
zones, which means its 10:pm in every time zone, but it goes like this

eastern 7:00
central 8:00
mountain 9:00
pacific 10:00
Barrow 11:00

Arizona and parts of New Mexico are Pacific in the summer and Mountain in
the winter. I always get that one confused, but they don't use daylights
saving time.
