I believe it's OS2.NAM.

LOAD OS2
ADD NAME SPACE 0S2 TO SYS

repeat the ADD NAME SPACE for each volume that you want long name space
on.  You won't need to do anything else; the system will automagically
load OS2.NAM when it mounts the volumes in the future.
