All in one BBS packages like MBSE that contain multiple servers (ie: telnet,
ftp, ssh, http, binkp, etc) usually have options to disable what you don't want
to use. So you wouldn't need to rely on telnet. Just disable it, and disable
whatever else you don't want to use, except what you actually DO want to use.
Those services wouldn't be enabled.
