      Might you be with the Disabled Sailing Association of B.C.?  I'm 
interested in learning more about your experiences with Sunbirds.  I would 
really like to go to Vancouver.  Do you know Larry Bowden?  Can quadriplegics 
sail them or persons w/limited arm movement?  Do your boats have weighted 
keels or centerboards?  I'm aware of the sip and puff boat and am quite 
interested in it.  I usually sail with SHAKE-A-LEG in Newport on their '20 
Freedom Independence boats.
     I'm interested in trying a Kaufman drop-in seat and learning about other 
boats like the Freedom Independence which I could use.  I'm not sure what

I don't have the specific information but you might contact the Milwaukee 
Community Sailing Center in Milwaukee WI (414 Area Code).  They have 
several Ensins that are rigged for handicapped access and they have 
programs for that end.  I suspect they might be able to give you some 
information.
