Hi,
I would look at the memory address of the token-ring adapter and make
sure the PC or any other device is using the memory address.
IBM Token Ring adapters use's rom and ram addresses, commonly c800-cfff
and d800-dfff.
Otherwise, you might try a different router.  Instead of ibm's pc
support, you can use Wall Data's router which comes with Rumba AS/400
(Windows based, 16-bit).

or if your using Novell SAA, try the 16 or 32-bit windows router that
comes with it.
