Excellent.  I notice some word wrapping issues in your quoting of utf8
characters but that is not surprising.  I too have those issues unless I set
the LANG in WeBeBashing.  To be honest I think that is the preferable behavior.

The only so-called BBS I have seen get it right is a Russian Apache server
which uses a special iconv script.  That is cheating methinks as the BBS
requires the user to use web apps to access it.
