| subject: | Make build of hpt by using -m32 |
Hey Benny! You should be able to get away with 'gcc -m32 -Os' for all the husky stuff if you are worried about 32-bit compatibilty. The last build on the multilib partition (about half an hour ago) I used 'gcc -m64 -Os' and got away with it. This is what I am using as we speak as the pure 64-bit partition was a bit flakey wrt syslinux and some burning software. I still need to rebuild the multilib partition as I think the nvidia X driver might have leaked into my last build of xorg. Definetly something odd happened there. I hate leakage. :-/ Life is good, Maurice --- Msged/LNX 6.2.0* Origin: The Pointy Stick Society XIX - All about symmetry ... (1:261/38.9) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 261/38 123/500 106/2000 633/267 |
