You mean SIDs? You might be able to play them in a tracker on the C64,
like Chris Hülsbeck's Soundmonitor.

Was doing a few SIDs back in the day after the code for typing it down
was released in the German 64'ER magazine. But luckily these are all lost
so no one can torture himself with what I did back then. :-)

Or want to play them on a PC? Then you might already have installed VLC
(Video LAN Media Player), which can also play SIDs. And either find a way
to transfer SIDs from you C64 to the PC or search for "download" "sids"
"commodore" or similar. You may find the HVSID collection and also web
page allowing selected SID classics for download.
