Let's try that again with the LANG enviroment variable set to en_CA.utf8;

в штанах белка", "Έχω σκίουροι στο παντελόνι
μου" and "Ich habe Eichhörnchen in meiner Hose".

That is MUCH better.  Now let us see if the sed call to fix for unbounded
paragraphs works.  I see it is improperly wrapping this paragraph.  I am not
sure what is actually happening here but it is weird for sure.
