        SW being SW, it would keep doing the Read only trick. I have
  again done a new DOWN folder and that one too is set to RO. Still
  baffles me and others too. But where is the key to not a have this
  done ?  When I get home and on many systems, I will try a new D/L
  and setup of BW.
