This due to Windows inability to properly handle RAM, or so it seems. I have 
been encountering this same problem, but not just with PDWIN. I even see it 
with Word, Lotus, Access, etc... The only solution I have found so far is to 
turn of the cache memory in the CMOS setup. I am not sure if that is the 
correct solution, but it appears to solve the problem. Hopefully someone else 
will have a better solution.
