I'll see what I can do Ed, I've been doing a lot of reading recently on 
academic standards and have been collecting all sorts of information.  
The "Goals 2000" is one of the pieces I have on my "find" list.  Once I 
find a source where I can grab the file, I'll make it available on my 
BBS for download (and FREQ for those with a mailer).
