It absolutely does. It's seeking the key expression, which is a
combination of the two fields. You just have to make sure that the
total length of your SEEK expression is exactly the same as that of the
two fields combined. If the field holding the magazine number has a
width of four, for example, it'd be
SEEK dtos(Date) + padl(alltrim(FIELD->Number),4)
