I just unpacked the shareware version into a temporary directory and
installed it (deleting everything but the one *.dat file and using
PKunZip to unpack it, rather than using the install program).  When
run for the first time, it duplicated telixshw.lng as telix.lng; and
the only "complaint" I got was it couldn't find a dialing directory
(which it then created).
