Just a note to say "thank you" to all of the SAR people out there who helped
get me in touch with NASAR.  We are currently awaiting some information and
replies, so there haven't been any new developments as of now.
To Martin Cohn and Lloyd Delaney, the last two people to respond to my
question, thanks also.  Mr. Delaney asked what area I was interested in
establishing in.  Well, it is a small rural community under 5000 that is 
always
looking for a new challenge.  Setting up SAR would be a nice addition and may
just be the challenge we are looking for!  There is alot of farmland and 
wooded
areas surrounding this town, so we would probably utilize dogs and a mounted
crew more frequently.  But as I said earlier, we are only in preliminary
stages of a possible development.  I will keep everyone posted though!  :)
