Responsibilities
•             Design, implement, and document solutions based on
requirements
•             5-12 years in Java development
•             Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-
solving and analytical skills
•             Experience developing software applications in a Unix/
Linux environment
•             Ability to work independently and within team
environment
•             Prior development experience with BMC Remedy is a plus
but not necessary
•             Write server side code for service oriented
architectures and web services.
•             Understanding of web optimization techniques (server/
client side caching, compression, etc)
•             Deep understand of SOA and web service concepts
•             In depth knowledge of the Java Spring Framework and Java
Persistence Frameworks
•             Background in Security and Encryption
•             Solid understanding of web data formats
•             Coding in Javascript, SQL, and knowledge of HTTP. TCP/IP
and network programming a plus
•             Troubleshoot issues reported by end users
•             Assist with the maintenance of development, test, and
production systems.
