I think that you are having big problems unloading a driver. what does it
do when you aren't connected to the network and try to shut down? give it a
try and post the results. I would try it by not logging in and by
disconnecting the network cable also.
btw- what verion of client 32 is being used?
if you kill the power when the "please wait for shutdown" screen is up, does
win95 think it was improperly shutdown next time it is started up?
