Fro my Subaru that is the information  found. The Security system is
part of the car and cannot be removed. Although on some care there is a
way to put the system in "Valet mode" that will sort of bypass it.

As a side note I jacked my car up to check the front brake pads and my
Electric Rattle wrench set off the Vibration while removing the
lug nuts :-( :-( :-(
