Without the calling Zoom (or Supra for that matter, as Simon would aver)

In HS_MODEMS I've posted chapter and verse showing the time window when
Courier's famed V.everything became V.others'_3200_max. But with the
UK x2 release (there's only been one prepared by Steve before he left)
it's worse: now it's V.USR_only
Having to rely on the international CRINTL72.ZIP to regain connectivity
once the norm, is the pits. Besides which there's the small but not
insignifigant question of continueing BABT approval. I'm no fan of
BABT as you well know. But, over in the business community...
